GVT Denmark is the leader in diamond polishing. We have a solid know-how and experience in this area. We offer high-gloss polishing of moulds for the plastics industry. With more than 25 years of experience, we are always ready to solve any task within high gloss polishing.
We can assist with a wide range of tasks within high gloss polishing of injection mould, die casting mould, blow mould and extrusion mould, as well as industry items and design items.
We have a great understanding of the geometry of the moulds and can offer optical polishing down to a surface finish of 1 µ.
All our work processes are controlled over the races, so we ensure a smooth and uniform high-gloss polishing.
Mobility and Flexibility
If the task requires it, or there is time pressure on the task, we offer to polish the mould at the customer.
We do not drive until the task is solved.
